Where can I see my limits and my current consumption?

You can view your current consumption and the resources available to you in your profile settings under 'Membership'.

How can I change my subscription?

You can change your subscription at any time. Simply send us an e-mail to sales@semodia.com and request your change today.

My resources/MTPoints are used up, how can I get more?

If your resources are exhausted, send us an email to sales@semodia.com and we will provide you with an individual quote.

Resources have been used up in my Enterprise account without me doing anything. How can this be?

The resources in an Enterprise account are available to all Enterprise users. For example, if user A performs a validation, the corresponding resource is deducted from the entire Enterprise account. You can view the resources available to you at any time in your profile settings under 'Membership'.

Can a user have access to several companies?

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. However, we are working diligently to make this function available to you as soon as possible. We regularly inform our customers about new features via our MTPlatform newsletter.

What resources are available?

With the new account types on the MTPlatform, we limit usage by introducing resources. We differentiate between the following resource types: ACCUMULATED RESOURCES are resources that are increased by the specified amount after one month - e.g. the available MTPoints are increased by 10 additional MTPoints at the end of the month. CONTINUOUS RESOURCES set an upper limit - e.g. the number of PEAs in your own PEA inventory.
